Shipping information Hamish aims to post all orders of in-stock items within 3 days of receipt of payment. An email will be sent to you to let you know when your items have been sent. If you’ve ordered a custom item, please allow up to 14 days for delivery. Christmas Shipping Information These are the last ordering dates for Christmas – order your item on or before these dates to receive your item for the big day. UK – Now 2pm, Wednesday 16th December! Europe/USA/Japan/Canada: Wednesday, 9th December Australia/Rest of World: Thursday, 3rd December Items are posted First Class Recorded Delivery in the UK or by Airmail interntionally. Delivery is not guaranteed for these dates, however, the Royal Mail will do everything in their power to get items to you. If you’d like to have your item shipped by a guaranteed method, either add the option on our Delivery Options page or email us to discuss your requirements. Courier Delivery Please note courier service not available after 14th December for Christmas delivery. Items purchased with this option after this date will be sent 1st Class Recorded Delivery. A courier service is now available for UK orders on a 3-5 day door to door delivery basis in the UK. Just choose the Courier option at checkout and we’ll do the rest. FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER £35! If your order total is £35 or more you will get free shipping anywhere in the UK. Awesome! International Shipping We ship internationally to all countries. Shipping to outside the UK will be magically worked out and added to your cart at the end. To check prices in your local currency please use our currency converter. Remember that exchange rates change daily so the final price through PayPal may be slightly different. PayPal eChecks We do not accept PayPal E-cheques. In some circumstances we may accept real actual cheques – please email for more information. Shipping Address It is your responsibility to provide your details correctly. Customs and Duty You are responsible for all duties/customs fees that are incurred on a package. The customs form will state the accurate value of the items included and will be marked “other.” Packaging To do our bit for the planet, we mostly re-use packaging. If for some strange reason you would prefer brand-new packaging, please email your request to hello@misofunky.com.
