Shipping information
We aim to post all orders of in-stock items within 3 days of receipt of payment. An email will be sent to you to let you know when your items have been sent. If you’ve ordered a custom item, please allow up to 14 days for delivery or ask us for an ETA.
UK shipping is free on all our products.
Items are posted First Class Recorded Delivery in the UK if the total value is over £20. If it's under that, they are sent standard First Class.
International orders are posted by standard airmail at reasonable rates. For Signed For services, please email us for a quote.
Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed, however, the Royal Mail will do everything in their power to get items to you. If you’d like to have your item shipped by a guaranteed method, either add the option on our Delivery Options page or email us to discuss your requirements. Please note that once we pass your order to Royal Mail, we have no control over how long it will take to get to you!
International Shipping
We ship internationally to all countries. Shipping to outside the UK will be magically worked out and added to your cart at the end.

Orders placed after these dates cannot be guaranteed to be dispatched on time. No item can be guaranteed to arrive before Christmas unless you contact us and purchase a guaranteed delivery method before purchasing your item.
PayPal eCheques
We do not accept PayPal E-cheques. In some circumstances we may accept real actual UK cheques in some circumstances (or BACS payments) – please email for more information.
Shipping Address
It is your responsibility to provide your details correctly. We are not responsible for missing items if you provided an incorrect address. Please check your address carefully!
Customs and Duty
You are responsible for all duties/customs fees that are incurred on a package. The customs form will state the accurate value of the items included and will be marked “other.”
Packaging
To do our bit for the planet, we sometimes re-use packaging. If for some strange reason you would prefer brand-new packaging, please email your request to hello@misofunky.com.
Gift Wrapping
Items can be gift wrapped to save you some time and effort. You can have it wrapped prettily or boxed. Check out our gift options here.
